Speaker:
Kayla Stuart

University of Tennessee

Kayla Stuart is an ISA Certified Arborist, a Licensed Practical Nurse, and recently earned a Master of Science in Forestry from the University of Tennessee. Her graduate research investigated the barriers individuals face in natural resource job readiness programs, sparking a deep passion for workforce development, economic empowerment, and natural resource stewardship. Today, she puts this research into practice through several projects with the University of Tennessee, School of Natural Resources and Tree CPR, which is a non-profit she founded to execute these initiatives. Bringing a dynamic, out-of-the-box approach to her work, Kayla works to grow both trees and people.
